3K a year Salt of the Earth Bistro is hiring! Candidates must have some prior serving experience and wine knowledge.
There is room for growth within in the business.
Applicants should have an interest in global cuisines, be friendly, self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, have a passion for perfection, great communication skills, comfortable speaking on the phone as well as in person with guests, able to take reservations with clear handwriting, and an easy-going disposition.
We are looking to fill Wednesday and Sunday evening shifts with full time potential.
There is also an opportunity to add additional hosting shifts for motivated applicants.
We offer health insurance to full-time employees who work 4 days or more.
We also offer an IRA after a year of employment, with up to 3% matching.
We are always closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day.
