PAY:
This is a full time position, starting at $19.

Oversee all front of the house restaurant operations.
Ensures customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service Responds to customer complaints tactfully and professionally Maintains quality control for all food served Oversees health code compliance and sanitation standards Seeks ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs Trains new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff Perform any restaurant opening/closing duties as required.
You will need to become well versed in IHG mandated requirements and hold staff accountable to the standards Working with MICRO POS will be necessary.
Receive guest payments and process transactions accurately as outlined in the cash and charge procedures.
Perform duties, special assignments and projects as requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma required Significant work experience in management and the hospitality industry Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service Ability to use restaurant management software Strong leadership skills Decisive and critical thinker Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
